Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and sessions offered by Sosra Consulting.

1. Strategy Sessions and Clarity Calls

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.

 

2. Project-Based Engagements

Refunds for consulting projects are determined on a case-by-case basis and consider:

• Work completed to date

• Resources already committed

• Any breach of the agreed scope by either party

 

3. Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital templates or downloads are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Dispute Resolution:
We aim to resolve all issues collaboratively. If a refund request arises, we will engage in good faith to find a fair resolution.
